Gary Pritchard, a mental conditioning and team-building coach, teaches players how to win head games. It is a critical part of an athlete's development.

 

Golden Goal's Team-building sessions usually begin with understanding Goal setting -- The "why" "what" and "How." This is an important foundation to confidence and mental toughness. Pritchard's program incorporates Individual and Team Goal setting and explores "team mentoring."

 

These active team building sessions are tailored for classroom and field. During this session, Pritchard will dig into the team personalities and discuss the stages a team goes through. By using interactive games and problem solving and teaching players how trust and communication, athletes learn the importance and value of teamwork. Team culture is a critical component of success as well. Pritchard works closely with coach's offering insight on how to develop team culture.
